Refund Policy


Refunds for our shows are dealt with on a case by case basis we do not offer any refunds 14 days before  the show.


Whilst there is currently no official guidance from the Government wit regards to events, we do ask that a lateral flow test is taken 24 hours prior to our events.

Please do not attend if you have been around anyone with symptoms of Covid19 or have symptoms yourself.

Should our events be cancelled due to government restrictions or Covid 19 safety purposes, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled shows and no refunds will be processed.

Whilst tickets for this event are non-refundable, once we re-schedule the event if you cannot attend on the new date we will be able to offer a refund of the tickets face value price less the booking fee.

Anti social behaviour such as racial or disability discrimination is not tolerated, offenders will be asked to leave the premises and banned from The Loft live Sessions events.

Please do not smoke inside the property

Anyone arriving that seems to be overly intoxicated on drugs or alcohol will not be granted entry.

Please always respect other guests and staff, anybody abusing staff or other guests will be asked to leave immediately

Tickets are strictly to be booked online only; we do not offer on the door entry tickets.

There is a 10% non-refundable booking fee payable to Eonic Digital.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and available up to 14 days prior to the event. After this time refunds are no longer available, however you are welcome to sell your ticket on to someone else.
